💰 Base Pay

This role offers a minimum starting pay of $15.00 per hour, with higher starting pay based on experience.

🎯 Purpose

As a Warehouse Associate at Floor & Decor, you are the backbone of our retail location. Your key responsibilities include:

• Compiling orders and replenishing merchandise
• Moving merchandise on the sales floor or to customers' vehicles
• Checking inventory and orders
• Interacting with customers
• Operating a forklift

🛠️ Essential Job Functions

• Demonstrate compliance with safety processes
• Work accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Provide exceptional customer service, exceeding expectations

• Restock the show floor with products
• Organize merchandise for easy shopping experience
• Load the correct products for customers
• Assist customers in finding products and answer questions
• Support other store areas as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

🎯 Minimum Eligibility Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Basic math skills
• Warehouse and customer service experience
• Experience with heavy machinery and forklifts (preferred but not required)
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Completion of forklift certifications through Floor & Decor
• Passing a drug test, where permitted by law

🌍 Working Conditions (Travel & Environment)

While performing duties, you may be exposed to a warehouse environment and moving vehicles. The noise level is generally quiet to moderate.

💪 Physical & Sensory Requirements

• Ability to exert 30–60 pounds of force occasionally, and 20–30 pounds frequently
• Regular use of hands and fingers to handle objects
• Frequently standing, walking, reaching, climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, or crawling

• Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Sunday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Pickup Hours

• Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Sunday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
