The Role: VP of Sales
We are looking for a dynamic, strategic, hands-on, and experienced Vice President of Sales to drive revenue and partnership growth, leading and expanding our talented sales organization. This role combines direct sales leadership with high-level strategic execution to help achieve our ambitious goals.
The ideal candidate is a motivated individual contributor and mentor who excels in a fast-paced, high-growth start-up environment.
Responsibilities 🔑
- Lead a team of talented sales professionals — SDRs, account managers, and account executives.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and surpass revenue targets.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing for key accounts.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and proactively adapt strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and R&D teams to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term customer and partnership relationships.
- Identify new market opportunities and contribute to go-to-market strategies, including partnerships and direct sales.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new sales team members.
- Oversee Waltz CRM operations, develop reports for leadership, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
Requirements ✅
- Proven experience as a VP Sales or senior sales leader in high-growth companies.
- Strong background in mortgage, lending, financing, or fintech industries — a must.
- Minimum of 2 years in leadership or management roles supervising 5–10+ team members.
- Exceptional leadership and coaching abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to execute and adapt swiftly.
- Experience with CRM systems and performance analytics.
- Multilingual skills such as Spanish, Portuguese, or Hebrew are a significant advantage.
