🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Account Executives to foster a performance-driven sales culture.
- Create and execute sales strategies to boost revenue and increase market share.
- Manage the entire sales process for key accounts, from initial outreach to closing deals.
- Develop scalable sales processes, establish clear performance metrics, and ensure accurate reporting to support ongoing growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and R&D teams to align sales initiatives with broader business objectives.
- Build lasting relationships with clients and partners, identifying new opportunities and channels for expansion.
- Recruit, onboard, and nurture top-tier sales talent, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Lead by example through hands-on strategic planning and execution.
🎯 Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience as a senior sales leader or VP of Sales in a rapidly growing start-up or scale-up environment.
- Expertise in building and scaling sales teams, crafting go-to-market strategies, and driving revenue growth.
- Track record of executing strategic deals and increasing revenue.
- Minimum of 5 years managing teams of 5–10+ members.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data-driven decision-making.
- Strategic, proactive, and hands-on mindset.
- Preferred: Experience with B2B2C sales models, familiarity with Mortgages, FinTech, PropTech, Lending, or Vertical SaaS sectors.
- Multilingual skills (Spanish, Portuguese, Hebrew) are a plus for global outreach.
