Job Description
Main Purpose
To lead and oversee end-to-end Supply Chain operations in alignment with company policies and standards. Focused on driving efficient planning, productivity, service levels, and cost optimization — delivering competitive distribution costs, increasing contribution margins, and enhancing overall operational performance.
Responsibilities
- Define Supply Chain strategy aligned with company vision.
- Guarantee execution and continuous improvement of the Sales and Operation Planning (S&OP) process.
- Lead Supply Chain optimization by implementing methodologies that balance service and cost effectively.
- Ensure comprehensive planning within the supply chain to maintain high service levels, optimal inventory, and proper management of OBZ and CAPEX.
- Oversee co-manufacturer compliance with top standards and Beliv specifications to produce high-quality products.
- Manage transportation, inventory, and storage solutions throughout the product lifecycle — from raw materials to distribution.
- Drive productivity and project optimization to improve operational processes across all areas.
- Administer annual budgets and CAPEX with a focus on cost savings and supply chain efficiency.
- Maintain an updated footprint matrix for co-manufacturers, warehouses, and 3PL providers.
- Ensure safety, compliance, and ethical standards through team training and protocols.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement in transportation, inventory, and storage for profitability.
- Lead corrective action plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams and monitor their implementation.
Qualifications
We seek an experienced Supply Chain and Logistics professional with over 5 years of expertise in co-manufacturing, R&D coordination, logistics planning, inventory management, and infrastructure maintenance. Advanced skills in cost analysis, supply chain management, and mastery of Microsoft Excel are essential.
Preferably bilingual in English and Spanish, with proficiency in organizational leadership, assertive communication, problem-solving, and negotiation. Recognized for ethical commitment, productivity, and dynamic leadership to champion change.
