After Cancer: Solutions for Sexual Health Is Hiring A Volunteer

This volunteer opportunity, provided by Taproot Foundation, an organization dedicated to creating social change through pro bono connections, offers a meaningful way to support cancer patients by facilitating better access to vital educational resources.

Volunteer Opportunity: Translation of Patient Handouts for After Cancer, Inc.

After Cancer, Inc. has developed 20 educational handouts aimed at patients affected by cancer, covering topics related to sexual health and navigating intimacy challenges after cancer or its treatment. Currently, these materials are available only in English, and we are seeking volunteers to translate them into Arabic to better serve non-English speaking patients.

We will provide all necessary materials, including Word and PDF documents, to facilitate the translation process.

Impact of the Translation Project

• Expand access for Arabic-speaking patients who are not fluent in English.
• Ensure culturally relevant and accessible educational resources.
• Help healthcare providers address important sexual health topics as a standard part of care.
