About The Role

What if your voice could directly influence how AI communicates with millions of French speakers worldwide? We're looking for professional French voice actors and voice-over artists to record high-quality speech samples and evaluate AI-generated audio — helping frontier AI systems sound more natural, expressive, and authentically human.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role, designed for working voice professionals. No AI background? No problem! All you need is:

• A commanding French voice
• A professional recording setup
• A keen ear for quality

Note: This work is AI-related but does not involve voice cloning.

What You'll Do

• 🎤 Record high-quality French voice samples from provided scripts and prompts
• Evaluate AI-generated speech for naturalness, pronunciation, expressiveness, and tone
• Provide clear, constructive feedback to improve AI audio quality
• Review and refine scripts to ensure clarity and authentic delivery
• Work independently and asynchronously — on your schedule, from your own studio

Who You Are

• 🎧 Professional experience in voice acting, narration, audiobook recording, dubbing, or related fields
• Native or near-native fluency in French with a strong command of natural spoken delivery
• Access to a high-quality microphone and a quiet, controlled environment
• Ability to deliver clear, expressive, and engaging performances consistently
• A sharp ear for pronunciation, tone, pacing, and vocal naturalness
• Detail-oriented when reviewing and providing feedback on speech quality

Nice to Have

• Experience with multiple French accents or regional variations (European, Canadian, African, etc.)
• Background in broadcast, theatre, animation, or commercial voice-over work
• Familiarity with audio editing tools or recording workflows
• Prior exposure to AI tools, speech technology, or voice dataset projects
