About The Role

We're hiring professional Italian-speaking voice actors and voice-over artists to record high-quality vocal content and evaluate AI-generated speech. Your contributions will help develop frontier AI systems that sound more natural, expressive, and human-like.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No prior AI experience is needed—just a trained voice, fluency in Italian, and a professional recording setup. 🏡

What You'll Do

• Record high-quality Italian voice samples from provided scripts and prompts 🎧
• Evaluate AI-generated voice outputs for naturalness, pronunciation, tone, and expressiveness
• Provide clear, constructive feedback to improve AI speech quality
• Review and refine scripts to ensure accuracy, clarity, and natural delivery
• Work independently and asynchronously — entirely on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Experienced in voice acting, narration, audiobook recording, dubbing, or similar fields 🎙️
• Native or highly fluent Italian speaker with a strong command of natural spoken Italian
• Equipped with a high-quality microphone and a quiet, controlled recording environment
• Able to deliver clear, expressive, and engaging vocal performances consistently
• Detail-oriented in assessing pronunciation, intonation, rhythm, and tone
• No prior AI or tech experience required

Nice to Have

• Experience with multiple Italian regional accents or dialects
• Background in broadcast, film dubbing, e-learning narration, or commercial voice-over
• Familiarity with AI tools or audio evaluation workflows
• Home studio setup with acoustic treatment
