Job Summary 🚪

Position: Customer Service Associate

Responsible for greeting and assisting all visitors and patients in the main lobby, surrounding areas, and Visitor Center. You will oversee these areas to ensure they remain neat, organized, and welcoming, serving as a key resource for providing patient directory information.

• Formal working knowledge, equivalent to an Associates Degree (2 years college)
• Requires specialized field knowledge
• Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience
