Social Media Manager
Overview
The Social Media Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive corporate database to support traditional and web-based marketing materials. They will also handle social media planning, campaign development, execution, and brand reputation management. 🌟
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Social Media Planning & Campaigns: Develop, coordinate, and execute social media campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.
- Brand Monitoring & Engagement: Monitor brand chatter and engage or moderate as needed to uphold the company's reputation.
- Platform Development: Stay informed about emerging social media platforms and techniques; encourage their adoption within the company culture.
- Strategy & Coordination: Construct short-term and long-term social media strategies, collaborating with stakeholders to maximize impact.
- Database Management: Maintain the integrity and security of multiple databases, including data extraction and lead generation activities.
- Campaign Execution: Handle full-cycle daily campaigns, including advocacy, content curation, and editorial writing.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Conduct data analysis and create custom reports to measure campaign success.
- User Profile Management: Adjust user profiles, log help requests, update news dashboards in HTML, and manage auto-deploy features.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field.
- Experience: Approximately 3+ years of relevant experience or equivalent training.
- Creative Skills: Proven experience in designing email blasts and e-newsletters.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with administrative teams.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite programs
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with video help libraries and auto-deployment tools
