Position: Polish-speaking VIP Account Manager
We are seeking a dedicated VIP Account Manager who will focus on customer retention and increasing the lifetime value of high-value clients.
Role Responsibilities:
- Manage and expand a portfolio of high-value personal accounts, serving as their main contact point
- Monitor account activity, identify potential opportunities, and observe risks to the business
- Reactivate and retain inactive accounts to foster long-term loyalty
- Solve complex and technical issues, ensuring high-quality service in every interaction
- Create and provide bonuses aligned with reward strategies based on account performance
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards during account activities
- Coordinate with departments to gather user experience feedback
- Encourage players to explore new games, products, or increase activity levels
- Retain inactive VIPs through tailored incentives
- Analyze customer behavior to estimate potential and promote service benefits
- Adapt and stay focused in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Role Requirements:
- Experience in key account management, high-end customer support, or sales
- Ability to interpret customer data and behavioral patterns for personalized service and strategic bonus offers
- Proactive mindset with problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Polish and English
- Flexibility to work according to a shift schedule, including evenings and weekends, to ensure full coverage

Important Information:
- This is an office-based role in Limassol, Cyprus 📍
- Working schedule is shift-based, covering 5 out of 7 days, including two weekends per month
