Assist with arranging a one-month wellness stay, handling pre-arrival preparations and ongoing daily support. The ideal candidate is sharp, professional, and fluent in Vietnamese with good English skills.

🎯 Responsibilities

• In Vietnamese: Contact aesthetic clinics, spas, and wellness centers in Da Lat to confirm services, negotiate monthly packages, and secure bookings.
• Research Treatments: Vet specific treatments by asking the right questions—medical knowledge is not required.
• Accommodation Search: Find pet-friendly villas or houses near Phường 6, Da Lat using platforms like Airbnb, Batdongsan, and Facebook groups.
• Hire Local Staff: Screen and find a local cook or housekeeper, with nutrition experience a plus, via Facebook groups.
• Schedule Management: Build and maintain a Google Calendar with all confirmed appointments.
• Communication: Manage Zalo messages with local vendors on my behalf.
• Daily Check-ins: Send messages each morning to confirm plans and flag any issues.

• Language: Native Vietnamese speaker with strong conversational English.
