For the upcoming Personal Care Industry Conference in Ho Chi Minh City, we are seeking a dedicated Vietnamese Translator / Exhibition Assistant to support exhibitors and delegates throughout the event.

Job Responsibilities

• 🔄 Provide Chinese ↔ Vietnamese translation support during the exhibition
• 🤝 Assist exhibitors in communicating with delegates and visitors
• 🌐 Facilitate smooth business conversations and networking opportunities
• 🛠 Support on-site coordination and exhibitor assistance
• 🎯 Aid the event team as needed during the conference

Note: This is an onsite position for 2 full working days.

Requirements & Skill Sets

• 🗣 Fluent in Vietnamese and Chinese (Mandarin)
• 📢 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• 😊 Friendly, professional, and presentable demeanor
• 🤝 Comfortable interacting with exhibitors, professionals, and delegates
• 🗣 Capable of providing live verbal translation during conversations
• ⏰ Responsible, punctual, and proactive attitude
• 🌟 Previous experience in exhibitions, conferences, customer service, sales support, or translation (advantage)
• 🇬🇧 Basic English communication skills (plus)
• 💄 Interest or experience in personal care, beauty, or cosmetics industry (preferred)
