Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Vietnamese Restaurant Manager to supervise shifts, handle administrative duties, manage operations, and lead the venue's team to success. Your leadership will be vital in creating a memorable experience for our guests!

Where You'll Make an Impact:

• Develop and assist in business planning and budgeting for the restaurant.
• Manage inventory control, ordering supplies, food, and beverages.
• Train, interview, and develop servers, hosts, cashiers, and utility staff, including performance management and disciplinary actions.
• Review staffing levels to stay within budget.
• Delegate authority and assign duties appropriately.
• Review departmental performance with the Manager.
• Implement safety programs to reduce injury risks.
• Meet with departmental directors and managers as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support restaurant success.

🎓 Qualifications

Must-Haves:

• Preferred 4-year degree in related fields or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with Micros POS systems and Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to secure and maintain necessary licenses per Maryland Lottery & Gaming Control Agency.

• Ability to work long hours and stand for extended periods.
• Climb stairs multiple times daily.
• Lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds occasionally and 30 pounds frequently.

• Work in variable temperature and noise environments.
