Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with guests to provide entertainment.
• Model for photos and participate in promotional shoots.
• Promote Live Casino & Hotel through social media following brand standards.
• Handle all aspects of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage sales, maintaining consistent product quality.
• Prepare beverages with flair to enhance guest experiences.
• Set up and maintain bar areas in a clean, organized manner.
• Handle cash transactions accurately.
• Manage inventory during opening and closing shifts.
• Take and deliver guest orders promptly and accurately.
• Maintain a sanitized, orderly bar environment.
• Understand and respect guest limitations and company policies.
• Ensure guests enjoy a memorable dining experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills You'll Need to Succeed 💡

• Fluent in English and either Chinese, Vietnamese, Japanese, or other Asian languages.
• Knowledgeable about alcoholic beverages, including liquors, wines, beers, and ales.
• Proficient in upselling and product recommendations.
• Basic reading, writing, and understanding of instructions in English.
• Strong math skills for transactions and balancing sales.
• Excellent eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to entertain responsibly within social standards.
• Knowledge of bar equipment, legal regulations, and safety standards.
• Capable of managing situations involving intoxicated guests.
• Effective communication with all departments and team members.
• Understanding of sanitation and health regulations.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy environment.
• Knowledge of overall bar operations.

Qualifications 📜

A Few Must Haves ✅

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Completion of professional bartending or mixology training is a plus.
• 6 months to 1 year experience in a high-volume bar environment.
• Valid Alcohol Beverage Control (ABC) card.
• Ability to obtain necessary gaming licenses and comply with state regulations.

Physical Requirements 🚶‍♂️

• Stand and walk throughout the shift.
• Lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds occasionally and 30 pounds frequently.
• Perform physical activities such as climbing, bending, stretching, and reaching.
• Work under variable temperatures and noise levels.
