📝 Job Responsibilities

• Provide on-site, in-person interpretation to facilitate clear communication.
• Serve as a liaison using the client's preferred language to ensure understanding.
• Interpret accurately tailored to the specific setting and audience.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding privacy and confidentiality, including HIPAA.

🎯 Requirements

• Interpreting certifications preferred but not mandatory.
• Minimum of 2 years medical interpreting experience.
• At least 3 years of general interpreting experience.
• Ability to keep accurate records of your assignments and activities.

💼 Employment Details

As an Independent Contractor Interpreter, you will operate as a vendor rather than an employee, providing language interpretation services on an IRS Form 1099 basis.
