About the Position

This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about patient interaction, teamwork, and gaining practical experience in a medical setting. It is especially suited for students aiming for PA, nursing, or medical school, seeking meaningful hands-on exposure in a specialty practice.

Position Overview

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and compassionate person to support both our clinical activities and front office operations. The position involves significant communication with Vietnamese or Spanish-speaking patients and assisting with daily clinic workflows.

Key Responsibilities 📝

• Serve as a Vietnamese–English translator during patient visits
• Assist with front desk duties:
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Answering phone calls
  • Patient check-in and check-out
• Organize and maintain patient records and office paperwork
• Support the clinical team with administrative and basic medical tasks as needed
• Provide compassionate care: Maintain professionalism, empathy, and respect in all patient interactions

Preferred Qualifications ⭐

• Fluency in Vietnamese and English (required)
• Medical assistant experience or certification (preferred, but not mandatory)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a small team

Schedule & Compensation 📅💰

• Clinic hours: Monday through Friday
• Hourly pay: $21.00 – $25.00 (based on experience)
• Work environment: Supportive, with opportunities for growth and learning
• High performers may receive strong letters of recommendation for future PA, nursing, or medical school applications
