Responsibilities

• Review user reports regarding website content
• Analyze and identify content non-compliant with policies and flag for action promptly
• Make balanced decisions and help resolve inquiries according to established policies and procedures
• Utilize market-specific knowledge to identify solutions that improve user community support
• Review sensitive content, sometimes involving graphic or disturbing material

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (C2 level accepted)
• B2 level of English
• Availability to work in 3 shifts, 7 days a week (24/7 flexibility)
• Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
• Quick learner and adaptable to new processes, concepts, and skills
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality
• Neutral mindset towards alternative video content classification
• Holder of a Portuguese residence permit or EU citizenship
