About the Role

The company is seeking a Relationship Manager - Vice President with expertise in Japanese and Asian corporate banking. In this role, you will:

  • Build and nurture business connections with Japanese clients in the energy, utilities, metals, and trading sectors, primarily in New York, Houston, and surrounding areas.
  • Gather, analyze, and report on financial and business development information.
  • Assist in preparing client materials and presentations.
  • Maintain strong client relationships, understand their banking needs, and promote suitable banking solutions.
  • Provide ad hoc reports to management as needed.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in corporate or investment banking, project finance, or related fields.
  • A Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or accounting (or equivalent education and training).
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder coordination abilities.
  • High proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English.
