Validation Specialist (German & English Speaking) 🌍

Our company is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Validation Specialist to join our team. If you are fluent in German and English, and possess experience in validation, customer support, or data entry, we want to hear from you!

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Process orders for TLS and other security products in adherence to industry and company standards
• Conduct research to verify customer organizations and authenticate their contact details
• Provide customer service assistance via phone, email, and live chat to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues

📝 Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or college degree in a business or technical field, or equivalent experience preferred
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in customer support or data entry roles
• Experience with in-house validation and order management tools
• Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office products
• Knowledge of compliance regulatory requirements is a plus
