Overview

We are partnering with a worldwide biotech company seeking a US Digital IT Head to oversee digital enablement and technological execution within its U.S. operations. This role combines expertise in digital transformation, AI, and bio security, serving as the primary technology liaison between U.S. stakeholders and global leadership.

Must-Have Criteria ✅

• Bilingual in English and Chinese, with near-native fluency in English

Key Responsibilities 🛠️

• Drive the execution of global digital platforms and technology initiatives in the U.S.
• Lead AI-driven solutions from pilot phases to full-scale deployment in real business scenarios.
• Build and foster partnerships with U.S. tech companies, startups, and research institutions.
• Oversee and optimize the U.S.-based IT Operations and Maintenance teams.

Preferred Background 🌟

• Experience managing teams of 5 or more within the U.S.
• Exposure to AI applications, SAP implementations, or large-scale ERP projects.
• Background in biotech or biopharma environments.

Location & Relocation 📍

The role is fully onsite in Piscataway, NJ. Preference is given to candidates currently residing on the East Coast.
