Job Overview 🎯
Agilite is searching for a high-performing Business Development Manager to lead and expand our US B2B retail channel. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic account management and forging new partner relationships. This role combines relationship management with a hunter’s instinct—perfect for someone excelling at nurturing existing partnerships and sourcing new B2B2C opportunities.
Key Responsibilities 🔑
1. New Partner Acquisition 🤝
- Proactively identify and pursue new B2B2C partners
- Develop tailored outreach strategies to attract and onboard high-value partners
- Lead contract negotiations and integration planning with new accounts
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create compelling partner enablement materials
2. Account Management & Growth (50–60%) 📈
- Manage a portfolio of high-potential retail partners with a focus on growth and retention
- Support partners in co-branded campaigns and sales initiatives targeting B2C users
- Utilize data to identify upsell, cross-sell, and market expansion opportunities
- Serve as a strategic advisor through insights, training, and performance reviews
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration 🤝
- Work with product, operations, and customer success teams to incorporate partner feedback
- Coordinate with partner marketing to boost engagement and brand alignment
- Maintain CRM hygiene and ensure pipeline visibility via detailed reporting and forecasting
Key Metrics of Success 📊
- New partner acquisition rate
- Partner activation and revenue contribution
- Account expansion through upsell and cross-sell
- Partner satisfaction and retention (e.g., NPS or engagement metrics)
Required Qualifications ✅
- 3–6 years in B2B, channel sales, or partner development (preferably in B2B2C environments)
- Proven track record in building new partnerships and growing existing accounts
- Strong commercial acumen with knowledge of partner-led GTM strategies
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and presentation platforms
- Native-level English (spoken and written)
- Conversational Hebrew – advantage
- Bachelor’s degree – required
- Outstanding interpersonal skills – must be a people-person 🤝
- SOF, combat military, or law enforcement background – advantage
- Willingness to travel to the US or international trade shows/client visits 4–6 times annually ✈️
- Entrepreneurial mindset and a self-starter mentality with a proven history of building from scratch
