💰 Compensation & Structure

• Base Salary: $400,000+ annually

Compensation is negotiable and may vary depending on experience, subspecialty or procedural focus, patient volume, productivity, and scheduling preferences.

🩺 Position Overview

The Urologist will deliver comprehensive outpatient urologic care, including:

• Evaluation and diagnosis
• Treatment planning
• Longitudinal management of urologic conditions

With access to in-house diagnostics, imaging, and specialty referrals, procedural and surgical interventions are coordinated based on your training and patient needs.

This is a patient-facing, clinically autonomous role supported by an experienced care team and an established operational infrastructure.

🎯 Ideal Candidate Profile

Required:

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Active New York State medical license (or the ability to obtain)
• DEA registration (or eligibility)

Highly Preferred:

• Chinese bilingual (Mandarin or Cantonese)
