We're seeking a detail-oriented professional to upload, format, and publish approximately 150 articles on our WordPress site, ensuring high-quality presentation for both Arabic RTL and English content. This role emphasizes accuracy, consistency, and adherence to provided guidelines.

📝 Overview

Our project involves publishing around 150 prepared articles to cvlab.blog. This task focuses solely on content upload and formatting—no SEO, writing, or website development is involved.

Articles are ready; your responsibilities are to upload them into WordPress, format properly, assign correct fields, replace internal link placeholders, and track final URLs.

🔍 Scope of Work

• Create a new WordPress post for each article
• Paste the article content into the post editor
• Format articles properly:
  • Apply H2 / H3 headings
  • Insert bullet points and numbered lists
  • Bold important text
  • Ensure clean paragraph spacing
  • Make sure Arabic RTL formatting displays correctly
• Assign the correct category and set the slug as provided
• Add SEO title and meta description if available
• Upload and assign the featured image with appropriate alt text
• Replace internal link placeholders (e.g., [LINK:CODE]) with actual URLs from the link map
• Add a standard CTA link/block as instructed
• Publish, save, or schedule the post as per instructions
• Record the published URL in the tracker sheet

🔗 Internal Link Placeholder System

Articles may include placeholders like [LINK:CODE]. Your task is to replace these using the link map provided.

Example: If the article includes [LINK:AS1G1A2], find the matching URL from the link map and replace it, ensuring no placeholders remain visible in the live article.

✅ Trial Phase Requirements

Begin with a mandatory paid trial involving 5–10 articles. This allows us to evaluate:

• Formatting quality
• Arabic RTL display
• Uploading speed
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Proper use of slugs, categories, links, images, and CTA

If the trial results are satisfactory, we will proceed with the full batch.
