Job Summary

The Contact Center – Agent I utilizes protocols, guidelines, and specialized software to manage customer inquiries via phone, EMR portal, LBH website, and other communications channels. This role supports patients, provider practices, departments, and LBH services by handling requests such as scheduling appointments, refilling prescriptions, and managing preauthorizations or referrals. Collaborating with team members, the agent proactively responds to customer needs to improve the overall experience.
