About Our Client

Responsibilities

• Provide support to high-level clients to facilitate their growth across multiple channels – chat, email, and phone 📞💬📧
• Support and expand the self-serve advertising base for clients in the online and digital advertising domain 📈
• Assist with pre and post-sales support for all self-service products 🤝
• Enhance client experience by providing product and tool support 🛠️
• Identify and resolve technical bugs and ad delivery issues 🐞🚫
• Timely resolution of customer issues, proactive communication on progress, and identifying areas for client improvement 💡
• Deliver valuable product insights and feedback to engineering teams for continuous improvement 🔄

Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in written and verbal Turkish 🗣️
• Good command of English (B2 level) required 🌐
• Computer skills: basic skills mandatory; advanced skills like coding are a plus 💻
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills 🧠
• Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, and listening 📢✉️👂
• Proactive learner, adaptable to evolving needs, with a focus on helping clients grow their advertising business 🚀
• Multitasking ability and capacity to work efficiently under pressure ⚡
• Availability: Monday to Sunday, including rotating weekends 📅
• EU citizenship or work permit for Portugal 🇪🇺
