Seeking a highly skilled linguist with TS/SCI eligibility proficient in Mandarin to support critical national security efforts. This role offers a hybrid work environment with a transition to onsite support at Fort Belvoir.

Position: TS w/SCI Eligibility - Linguist/Targeter (Mandarin) - 4 Days Onsite

Role Overview

As a Linguist / Targeter - Mandarin, you'll play a vital role in supporting cyber activities through language expertise and data analysis. The position initially offers a hybrid/remote setup in Reston, transitioning to onsite work at Fort Belvoir later this summer, requiring four days per week onsite.

Requirements

• TS Security Clearance with SCI Eligibility
• Fluency in Mandarin (Farsi desired)
• Ability to read, write, and translate Mandarin at a high level; translation from Mandarin to English is a priority
• Experience supporting cyber targeting activities
• Proficiency with targeting tools and data assimilation techniques
• Strong analytic writing and briefing skills

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, concise, and accurate feedback and analysis to sponsors
• Present data and findings as needed
• Collect data from public internet sources and report to the government
• Draft and coordinate data presentations requiring minimal editing in the sponsor system
• Assist in preparing responses to senior taskings and requirements
• Read and write Mandarin proficiently; translation from Mandarin to English is essential
• Support cyber activities with targeting tools and data evaluation
