Key Responsibilities:

  • Trusted Advisor: Collaborate with business clients to deliver tailored services that meet their needs.
  • Client Needs Assessment: Analyze client requirements, provide advisory support, and communicate needs to support teams.
  • Partnership & Consultation: Work closely with client-facing teammates to identify sales opportunities and deliver optimal product solutions.
  • Account Analysis & Sales: Review account activity, generate proposals, present to clients, and close sales.
  • Product Recommendations: Determine the best product sets and features to meet client requirements using consultative selling techniques.
  • Documentation & Onboarding: Secure service agreements and collaborate with the Commercial Services team to manage onboarding processes.
  • Travel & Networking: Visit clients or prospects as needed, attend conferences, conventions, and educational events.
  • Follow-up: Maintain communication after sales calls to ensure client satisfaction and account growth.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a trusted advisor approach
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for proposal creation
  • Broad and deep knowledge of cash management products, services, and trends (e.g., Fraud Prevention, Lockbox)
  • Sales and service acumen with the ability to assess client needs and propose solutions

Required Experience:

  • High School diploma or GED with at least 5 years of Treasury Solutions Sales experience
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred, with a minimum of 5 years in Treasury Solutions Sales
  • Fluency in Hebrew

Nice-to-Have Experience:

  • Account Executive or Account Manager roles within tech startups, especially those focusing on building client relationships and selling financial products
