• Ensure the target text accurately reflects the meaning of the source content
• Perform linguistic tasks according to project instructions, using resources like translation memories, glossaries, and style guides
• Maintain high grammatical correctness while preserving key terminology, cultural appropriateness, and fluency
• Correct formatting, tagging, punctuation, and country-specific details in line with guidelines

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Translation, Applied Linguistics, or equivalent experience
• Native Japanese speaker
• Excellent command of English (both comprehension and writing)
• Preferred experience in translation and proofreading within Fashion and E-Commerce sectors
• Proficiency with CAT tools and IT skills
• Comfortable with technology and eager to learn new tools
• Strong linguistic and cultural understanding of both source and target languages
• Adaptable to a fast-paced environment with multiple project priorities
• Ability to stay professional under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
