Job Summary 🎯

As a Transcriptionist, you will support audio data annotation and transcription projects by listening to short clips, classifying sounds, and transcribing spoken content according to specific guidelines.

Responsibilities 📝

• 🎧 Listen to short audio recordings and classify or tag them using project-specific labels.
• 🔊 Transcribe spoken language from audio clips with high accuracy.
• 📋 Follow detailed guidelines for labeling, formatting, and transcription conventions.
• 🚩 Flag or escalate unclear or poor-quality audio where needed.
• 🎯 Meet daily or weekly quality and volume targets.

Qualifications 🔍

Required ✅

• Native-level speaker of Hebrew, specifically as spoken in Israel
• Professional-level English skills (to communicate with team members and read instructions)
• Previous experience with transcription work, especially with audio containing background noise, multiple speakers, or varying accents
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
• General knowledge of online communication tools like Microsoft Teams
• Strong listening skills, keen attention to detail, and ability to follow complex guidelines
• Excellent written communication skills and grammatical accuracy
• Reliable internet connection and the ability to work independently
