📄 About The Role

HireArt is assisting a generative AI company in finding detail-oriented Transcriptionists to support audio data annotation and transcription projects in Hebrew. In this role, you'll listen to short audio clips, accurately label what you hear, and transcribe spoken content following specific guidelines.

Compensation: $14.40 USD per hour

This is a remote, part-time independent contractor position with flexible hours. Preference is given to candidates who can commit to at least 20 hours per week.

🚀 What You'll Do

• Listen to short audio recordings and classify or label them using project-specific tags 🎧
• Transcribe spoken language from audio clips with high accuracy ✍️
• Follow detailed guidelines for labeling, formatting, and transcription conventions 📋
• Flag or escalate unclear or poor-quality audio as needed 🚩
• Meet daily or weekly quality and volume targets 📈

📝 Requirements

• Native-level speaker of Hebrew, specifically as spoken in Israel 🇮🇱
• Professional-level English skills (able to communicate and read instructions in English) 💬
• Previous experience in transcription work, especially with audio that has background noise, multiple speakers, or varying accents 🎙️
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) 💻
• Experience with online communication tools like Microsoft Teams 💼
• Strong listening skills, keen attention to detail, and ability to follow complex guidelines 🔍
• Excellent written communication skills and grammatical accuracy ✍️
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently 🌐
