Position Overview 🎯
Summary: Facilitate employee training under the direction of the Corporate Training Managers, support HR administrative tasks including training coordination and evaluation, assist with development programs, and handle data collection and analysis.
Key Responsibilities 📝
- Facilitate employee training using prescribed curriculum and materials
- Scan, organize, and maintain employee training records and documents
- Enter and manage documentation including department expense requests
- Maintain a comprehensive database of training materials
- Collect, filter, and organize data for reporting and management summaries
- Maintain and organize training calendar, rooms, and resources
- Send training communications and calendar invites
- Upload and manage HR & Training documents on the company intranet
- Revise Training & HR documents as needed
- Prepare instructional materials and resources
- Format and track SOPs and policies; assist in creating process workflows
- Conduct research for various training projects
- Perform employee surveys and interviews
- Manage onboarding processes
- Provide coaching and mentoring for staff development
- Create and maintain developmental resources and programs
- Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills 📋
Required Education & Experience 🎓
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- At least 2 years of related experience
Knowledge 🔍
- Training principles
- Management principles
- Basic sales and marketing principles
Skills 💻
- Proficient with computer hardware (keyboard, mouse, monitor)
- Experienced with Microsoft Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Ability to prepare and deliver presentations

Physical Demands ⚖️
The physical requirements include frequent sitting, computer use, data analysis, and verbal and written communication.
