Position Overview: Training Specialist, Wealth Management Field Service
As a member of the Field Service organization within Wealth Management, the Training Specialist acts as an extension of the market and regional teams supported across assigned territories. Your primary focus will be providing ongoing platform support to Financial Advisors and Service Professionals, emphasizing platform enhancements, rollouts, and strategies to promote engagement and adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Engagement Strategies: Partner with Home Office, Regional, and Market leadership to craft and execute platform engagement plans for assigned territories 📊
- Conduct Training Sessions: Lead virtual/in-person workshops, group sessions, and one-on-one trainings on platform usage, reinforcing their importance for practices and clients
- Provide Ongoing Support: Offer refresher sessions, continuous assistance, and regular communication to maintain proficiency and encourage platform adoption
- Strategic Integration: Align platform engagement with strategic priorities to improve efficiency and enhance client experiences
- Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as an expert for core platforms, providing support for all related systems
- Onboarding Assistance: Support new hire integration within the firm seamlessly
- Collaboration: Work with key business partners to address additional platform support needs across markets
- Performance Tracking: Monitor key metrics and KPIs to ensure results are met
- Sharing Success: Celebrate achievements and best practices to foster a culture of collaboration and impact
Education & Experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant work experience
- Active SIE, Series 7 (GS), and Series 66 (AG/RA), or willingness to obtain licensing
- College degree preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Proven leadership and coaching capabilities
- Technically proficient, quick learner of new platforms and updates
- Expertise in personal computing, MS Office, and internet applications
- Deep understanding of the Wealth Management industry
- Excellent communication skills—written and verbal
- Adaptability in communication style to different audiences
- Superior organizational and time management skills
- Ability to analyze data to identify opportunities and drive results
- Openness to feedback and flexibility to adapt
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to motivate and lead diverse groups
- Collaborative team player and independent worker
- Knowledge of adult learning principles is a plus
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken
