🌟 About the Role

As a Training Manager, you will play a vital role in delivering worldwide retail training excellence for The LEGO Group. Your expertise will help improve guest experiences and drive profitability, supporting our mission to foster creativity and joy in kids and parents everywhere.

🎯 Core Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic business partner to local Business Units across the Americas, collaborating with Account Management and Marketing teams to enhance training standards.
  • Develop and craft training assets (static and digital) for large-scale deployment to approximately 1,000 stores in 40+ markets.
  • Adapt retail training concepts, digital tools, and processes to meet the unique needs of branded stores and partners.
  • Partner with retail collaborators (Merlin, Certified Stores, Travel Retail) to implement initiatives efficiently and demonstrate value.
  • Coordinate and optimize training resources such as eLearning and digital platforms to ensure success.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop comprehensive training plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Track and report training impact (eLearning, face-to-face, blended) focused on driving commercial results and engagement.

📝 Do You Have What It Takes?

  • Proficiency in English and Spanish—both written and verbal.
  • Experience in retail training roles, including delivering in-person and virtual training sessions.
  • Skills in eLearning development (Adapt, Evolve, Articulate Rise/Storyline) and familiarity with Learning Management Systems like Workday.
  • Analytical skills—both quantitative and qualitative.
  • Comfort in presenting challenges and offering new perspectives.
  • Strong communication skills, adaptability, and cultural awareness across multiple markets.
  • Background in a large, global retail organization.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems and eLearning platforms.
  • Influencing skills with external partners.
  • Experience working with franchise retail partners.
  • willingness to travel approximately 50% or as needed.

  • Our flexible hybrid working model allows for 3 days in the office per week, supporting a healthy work-life balance and embracing diverse lifestyles.

💰 Compensation & Benefits

The salary range for this position is $100,906.00 - $151,360.00, considering responsibilities, market standards, and organizational factors. Additional details regarding benefits and total compensation will be shared upon offer finalization.
