About the Role

As a Manufacturing Trainer, you will support line-specific training, planning, and execution aligned with business priorities while fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Your role will involve coaching, mentoring, and developing teams to achieve operational excellence and self-sufficiency.

Key Responsibilities & Outcomes

• Safety & Quality: Ensure personal safety, food safety, and quality protocols are strictly followed 🚧
• Training Support: Collaborate with support teams to validate skill requirements and support onboarding of new hires 🎓
• Training Development & Execution: Partner with departments to develop and facilitate equipment and process training
• Monitoring & Improvement: Provide feedback on training effectiveness, track KPIs, and recommend improvements 📊
• Standardization & Continuous Improvement: Support standard work procedures, identify loss areas, and pursue improvement opportunities
• Meetings & Flexibility: Attend production and DMS meetings, and work varying shifts — day, night, or swing, as needed ⏰
• Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as required to support operational success

Qualifications & Skills 📝

• Strong communication skills (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint; email & calendar management)
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
• Capability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities

• Interpersonal savvy and comfort dealing with ambiguity
• Active curiosity and a passion for teaching and learning
• Basic facilitation and presentation skills
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Experience facilitating training and working with Lean Six Sigma methodologies preferred
• Food manufacturing or production experience a plus
• Bilingual in Burmese or Spanish preferred

Compensation & Benefits 💰

The hourly wage for this position is $27.87/hr. Benefits include:
