The Role

The Bilingual (Spanish) Training Coordinator at FreshDirect will ensure new employees are prepared for Day 1. The Training Coordinator collaborates with the HR team and Plant Leadership to maintain accurate training materials aligned with the plant’s training plan. Additionally, they will stay updated on local and state training programs and incentives.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage new hire orientation, ensuring a smooth, engaging, and organized onboarding experience for all incoming employees.
• Assist the Training Manager with various training programs.
• Coordinate and schedule training sessions with plant leadership and HR.
• Maintain training records for all employees.
• Develop, document, and maintain plant-specific training SOPs, sharing them across all levels of plant leadership.
• Ensure all new hires complete the entire training course.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for plant employees, leadership, and third-party providers regarding all plant training needs and requests.

What You’ll Bring

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required. 🇺🇸🇪🇸
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a related field; equivalent work experience may be considered.
• 2+ years of experience as a coordinator, HR assistant, or in learning program administration.
• Strong communication skills—both written and verbal. 🗣️✉️
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Word.
• Comfortable participating as a key project stakeholder.
• Excellent planning, multi-tasking, organization, and time management skills.
• Passion for learning and trying new things. 🌟
• Reliable and willing to work flexible hours.

Salary

$24.00 - $28.00 per hour
