About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive manager to supervise the repair, maintenance, cleaning, staging, and quality control of rental equipment. You will oversee tents, tables, chairs, linens, staging, décor, and other event-related inventory, ensuring smooth operational flow and top-notch service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Supervision: Lead and motivate a skilled team to achieve operational excellence.
• Inventory & Repairs: Coordinate inventory management and oversee equipment repairs to meet quality standards.
• Safety & Quality: Maintain safety protocols and uphold quality control measures.
• Collaboration: Partner with warehouse, operations, and event teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Vendor Relations: Work closely with outside vendors and service providers to support operational needs.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish required for seamless communication with diverse teams and vendors.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in warehouse, operations, trades, rental, or event environments.
• Strong background in upholstery, carpentry, painting, or equipment repair.
• Hands-on mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting skills.
• Experience managing inventory and fast-paced daily operations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment as needed.
