In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring customer satisfaction by expertly managing inquiries across various communication channels. You'll leverage your technical aptitude and strong communication skills to diagnose, troubleshoot, and effectively escalate complex issues, ensuring timely resolutions and a seamless customer experience. What You'll Be Doing Daily 📝
- Serve as the main point of contact for Workiz customers, managing communications via phone, chat, email, and our online support portal.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently, dissecting issues to provide exceptional support.
- Escalate complex tickets promptly to development, team, and CSM teams with clear, comprehensive information.
- Proactively identify challenges by effective questioning and analysis, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Own ticket resolution by submitting detailed tickets that include all necessary information for quick resolutions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and support.
- Utilize internal tools efficiently to diagnose, solve, or escalate complex issues, handling inquiries across multiple channels with care.
Requirements ✅
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven ability to manage tasks independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams (Customer Support, CSMs, Development, etc.).
- Native or fluent Hebrew and professional English proficiency (both written and verbal).
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing technical support role within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills in dynamic settings.
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Critical thinking and proactive problem-solving abilities.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
Bonus Points 🎁
- Experience with CRM, Zendesk, Jira, Hubspot, and Confluence.
- Call center experience.
- Exposure to Field Service Business operations.
Compensation & Benefits 💼
This is a full-time, non-exempt position with an hourly rate of $30-$35.
- Comprehensive benefits including employee stock options, Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage.
- Up to 4% match on 401(k).
- Sick Leave: 5 days per year.
- Vacation Leave: 14 days per year plus 2 floating holidays.
- Hybrid work model: On-site on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays; remote on Mondays and Fridays.
