About the Role

In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring customer satisfaction by expertly managing inquiries across various communication channels. You will leverage your technical aptitude and strong communication skills to diagnose, troubleshoot, and escalate complex issues, guaranteeing timely resolutions and a seamless customer experience. What You'll Be Doing 🎯

  • Serve as the main point of contact for Workiz customers, managing communications via phone, chat, email, and our online support portal.
  • Handle all customer inquiries professionally and efficiently, dissecting issues to provide exceptional support.
  • Escalate complex tickets to development, CSM, and other teams with clear, comprehensive information.
  • Proactively identify customer challenges by asking effective questions and documenting findings accurately.
  • Own ticket resolution by submitting detailed tickets aligned with our standards to facilitate timely solutions.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and a positive experience.
  • Master internal tools to diagnose, resolve, or escalate issues efficiently, ensuring precise communication across email, chat, and phone interactions.

Requirements ✅

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven ability to manage tasks independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams (Customer Support, CSMs, Development, etc.)
  • Fluent or native proficiency in Hebrew and professional level in English (both written and verbal)
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer-facing technical support within a fast-paced environment
  • Effective multitasking and prioritization skills in dynamic settings
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Critical thinking and proactive problem-solving abilities
  • High School diploma or equivalent

Bonus Points 🚀

  • Experience with CRM tools such as Zendesk, Jira, Hubspot, Confluence
  • Call center experience
  • Exposure to Field Service Business operations

Compensation & Benefits 💼

This position is hybrid and available to candidates in San Diego, Austin, and Tel Aviv.

  • Work Schedule: US employees commute to the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays; remote on Monday and Friday. Israel-based employees on Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday; remote on Monday and Wednesday.
  • Salary: Non-exempt, $25-$35/hour (for US candidates only)
  • Benefits: Employee stock options, Medical, Dental, Vision coverage, up to 4% 401k match, Sick Leave (5 days/year), Vacation (14 days/year + 2 floating holidays)
