Location & Job Details 📍

• Location: Orlando, FL office (not remote)
• Status: Project-based
• Pay: $21.00 per hour
• Benefits: Flexible schedule
• Hours: 8-40 hours per week

Qualifications & Requirements 🎯

• Fluent reading, writing, understanding, and typing in Thai (th_th) 📝
• Typing speed of 40 WPM in Thai or higher (preferred) ⚡
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training is a plus 🎓
• Authorized to work in the United States 🚫 Sponsorship not provided
• Minimum age: 18 years old or older 🧓👩‍🎓
• Reliable transportation to the Orlando on-site office 🚗
• Ability to understand various accents and dialects in Thai 🌏

Physical & Technical Skills 💪💻

• Comfortable moving, sitting, and typing for extended periods 🧍🪑
• Dexterous with keyboard and mouse 🖱️⌨️
• Ability to wear headphones for audio transcription 🎧
• Capacity to perform repetitive tasks with focus and accuracy 🎯
• Strong listening skills and attention to detail 🔍

Key Responsibilities 📋

• Listen to audio/video recordings and transcribe accurately following guidelines 🎧✍️
• Maintain knowledge of client-specific conventions and standards 📖
• Review, proofread, and ensure transcript quality ✅
• Report technical issues promptly 🛠️
• Suggest process improvements to boost efficiency 🌟
• Manage time effectively to meet deadlines ⏰
• Handle confidential information with discretion 🔒
• Participate in additional projects and tasks as needed 🤝
