Your Responsibilities:
- 🛎️ Support customer engagement by processing teller transactions and sharing digital banking solutions
- ⚙️ Complete operational activities while adhering to policies to minimize risks
- 💡 Perform routine transactional, operational, and customer support tasks efficiently
- 🎯 Follow directions from managers, exercising judgment within established guidelines
- ⚠️ Escalate questions and issues to more experienced team members when necessary
- 🤝 Interact with customers to demonstrate care, build relationships, and fulfill transaction requests
- 🔍 Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate financial products and services
Required Qualifications:
- 🕑 6+ months of experience interacting with customers, or equivalent through work, training, military, or education
Desired Qualifications:
- 🤝 6+ months of experience working with people across various systems
- 🖥️ Customer service expertise with handling complex transactions
- 📱 Ability to educate customers on digital banking and mobile solutions
- 🤝 Proven professionalism and integrity in interactions
- 🙌 Teamwork experience to meet customer needs collaboratively
- 💰 Cash handling skills
- ⚖️ Knowledge of policies, procedures, and regulations
- 🚨 Ability to detect potential fraud or risky accounts and act accordingly
- 📝 Well-organized, independent, and capable of prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment
- 🧠 Sound judgment, escalation skills, and policy adherence
- 🎖️ Military experience related to personnel, benefits, or operations is a plus
- 🤝 Skilled at sourcing and developing strong customer and colleague relationships
Job Expectations:
- 📅 Ability to work most Saturdays

Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range: $22.00 - $27.50 per hour
