In this role, you will:
- Support customer engagement by processing teller transactions, sharing digital solutions, and introducing banking services 🤝
- Complete operational activities while adhering to risk management policies ✅
- Perform routine transactional, operational, and customer support tasks efficiently, leveraging knowledge of bank procedures and products
- Receive direction from managers and exercise sound judgment within established policies
- Escalate questions and issues to more experienced team members when necessary
- Interact with customers to demonstrate care, build relationships, and fulfill their financial requests ❤️
- Identify additional services to meet customers’ financial needs 🏦
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of customer interaction experience, demonstrated through work, training, military service, or education
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish/English
Desired Qualifications
- Experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems (6+ months)
- Customer-centric approach with strong communication skills
- Ability to educate customers about technology and mobile banking options
- Professional integrity and interaction skills with customers and team members
- Experience working collaboratively to meet customer needs
- Cash handling experience
- Adherence to policies, regulations, and fraud prevention procedures
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize in fast-paced settings
- Judgment and proactive communication with management
- Military experience in personnel benefits, processing orders, wartime operations, HR, or recruiting (preferred)
- Proven relationship-building with customers and colleagues 🤝
Job Expectations
- Available to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays
- This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
- Must successfully complete the required language assessment

Pay Range 💰
Base pay ranges from $22.00 to $27.50, depending on experience, skills, and location. Incentives may also be available.
