About the Role: Teller in Consumer Banking & Lending 🏦

As a Teller within our National Branch Network, you'll be at the heart of local communities, providing essential financial services to residents, employees, and businesses. If you love working with people, this role offers excellent opportunities to build a rewarding career at Wells Fargo.

What you'll do: Make an Impact Every Day 💼

• Support customer engagement through processing teller transactions, sharing digital solutions, and connecting clients to bankers
• Perform operational activities while minimizing risks, following established policies
• Handle routine transactional, operational, and customer support tasks with efficiency
• Follow guidance from managers and exercise judgment within policy frameworks
• Escalate issues when necessary and demonstrate care in all customer interactions
• Identify and recommend information or services to meet customers' financial needs

Required Qualifications ✅

• Minimum of 6 months experience interacting with customers (or equivalent through work, training, military, or education)
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (speaking and listening)

• Experience in customer service handling complex transactions across multiple systems
• Knowledge of digital banking and ability to educate customers about technology
