Position Overview

Based in Secaucus, New Jersey, this in-office role offers the opportunity to engage with customers directly, promote banking products, and contribute to their financial wellbeing. PNC encourages open communication with recruiters and managers to clarify workplace expectations and branch details.

Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver Personalized Customer Experiences focused on improving financial wellbeing and fostering loyalty. Process various customer interactions, educate on financial options, and identify banking opportunities for referrals.
  • Engage Customers Actively through lobby interactions, showcasing PNC products that meet their needs, and leveraging technology for efficient transactions.
  • Solve Customer Challenges by applying product and procedural knowledge while ensuring all policies and operations are executed accurately and efficiently.

Compensation & Benefits 💰

Base Salary: $19.00 – $27.50 per hour

Salaries vary based on location, skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible, with payouts based on performance metrics.
