  • Hours: 20 hours per week
  • Pay Range: $23.00 - $29.50 USD per hour 💰

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver legendary customer experiences by accurately processing transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments. 💳
  • Educate customers about TD’s products and digital tools, referring them to specialists when needed.
  • Manage cash transactions with precision, including checking, verifying currency, and balancing cash drawers. 💵
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolving issues or escalating as necessary.
  • Lead lobby flow and create a welcoming environment for all customers. 😊
  • Identify customer needs through needs-based conversations and suggest appropriate financial solutions or referrals. 💡
  • Ensure compliance with policies such as the Bank Secrecy Act and Patriot Act to minimize risk.
  • Verify customer identities and maintain confidentiality of customer information. 🔐
  • Adhere to safety procedures, secure cash at all times, and follow audit measures to prevent fraud. 🚨
  • Complete all required training on time to enhance skills and knowledge. 🎓

Qualifications & Skills

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Preferred: 6 months of relevant experience, volunteering, education, or military service.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, flexible environment, including weekends, evenings, and holidays. 🌟
  • Customer service experience is a plus.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting under 25 lbs., standing, walking, and frequent repositioning. 🏃‍♂️

Physical & Travel Requirements

  • Frequent sedentary work and multitasking.
  • Occasional travel domestically; no international travel expected.
  • Continuous activity such as pushing, pulling, twisting, and concentrating.
