Job Description & Responsibilities 📝

The Teller I position is based in a TD Store location, where you will create legendary customer experiences by:

• Processing deposits, withdrawals, loan, and safe deposit payments accurately
• Cashing checks, verifying currency, balancing cash drawer, and managing night deposits
• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving concerns using standard procedures
• Leading lobby activities by welcoming customers and managing flow
• Educating customers on digital banking options tailored to their preferences
• Referring customers to appropriate partners for specialized services
• Making timely decisions and escalating complex issues to management
• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and security policies
• Verifying identities and balancing cash for ATMs and other cash dispensers
• Safeguarding confidential customer information and maintaining security protocols
• Utilizing bank tools to prevent and address fraud
• Completing all required training sessions by specified deadlines

Qualifications & Experience 🎓

• High school diploma or GED
• Preferred: 6 months of work-related experience, volunteering, military service, or education
• Availability to work during operating hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Strong customer service and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills

Physical & Travel Requirements 🏃‍♂️✈️

• Frequent sitting, standing, walking, and operating office equipment
• Occasional lifting under 25 lbs. and other physical movements
• Occasional domestic travel; no international travel expected
• Continuous concentration and ability to handle multiple tasks
