In this Role, You Will:
- Support customer engagement by processing teller transactions, sharing digital solutions, and connecting customers with bankers
- Complete operational activities while minimizing risks, following established policies
- Perform routine transactional, operational, and customer support tasks effectively by leveraging bank procedures, products, and partner collaboration
- Follow directions from managers and exercise judgment within defined policies and procedures
- Escalate questions and issues to more experienced team members
- Interact with customers to demonstrate care, build relationships, and fulfill transaction requests
- Identify customer needs and recommend relevant information and services
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ months of customer interaction experience, demonstrated through work, training, military, or education
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (speaking and listening)
Desired Qualifications:
- Over 6 months of experience interacting with people in work, military, or education contexts
- Strong customer service skills with experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems
- Ability to educate customers on technology and promote mobile banking benefits
- Professional integrity and excellent communication skills with customers and colleagues
- Teamwork experience to meet customer needs effectively
- Cash handling experience
- Knowledge of policies, procedures, and regulations
- Ability to identify potential fraud or risky accounts and take preventative actions
- Well-organized, independent, with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Capacity to exercise judgment, raise questions to management, and adhere to policies
- Military experience related to personnel management, processing orders, wartime operations, HR, or recruiting
- Proficiency in building and maintaining customer and colleague relationships
Job Expectations
- Availability to work most Saturdays

- Must pass a required language assessment
