In this role, you will:

  • 💬 Support customer engagement by processing teller transactions, suggesting digital solutions, and introducing banking services
  • ⚠️ Complete operational activities while minimizing risks according to established policies
  • 🔧 Perform routine transactional, operational, and customer support tasks efficiently with knowledge of bank procedures and products
  • 📋 Receive directions from managers and exercise judgment within policies and procedures
  • 🚩 Escalate questions and issues to more experienced team members
  • 🤝 Interact with customers to demonstrate care, build relationships, and complete requested transactions
  • 🔍 Identify financial needs and recommend appropriate information and services

Required Qualifications ✅

  • 📅 6+ months of experience interacting with customers (or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, military, or education)
  • 🗣️ Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (speaking and listening)

  • 📅 6+ months of experience engaging with people across work, military, or education sectors
  • 🛡️ Customer service experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems
  • 📱 Ability to educate customers on technology and promote mobile banking benefits

  • 🗂️ Well-organized, independent, with strong prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
  • 🧠 Good judgment and the ability to raise questions or concerns to management
  • 🎖️ Relevant military experience in personnel benefits, orders, transitions, wartime operations, HR, or recruiting
  • 🤝 Proactive relationship-building skills with customers and colleagues
