Key Responsibilities 🔑
- Support customer engagement by processing teller transactions, introducing digital solutions, and referring customers to bankers
- Complete operational activities while minimizing risks, adhering to policies
- Handle routine transactional, operational, and customer support tasks efficiently
- Follow directions from managers and exercise judgment within established policies
- Escalate questions and issues to more experienced team members when needed
- Build relationships by interacting with customers, demonstrating care, and assisting with transactions
- Identify customers' financial needs and recommend suitable information and services
Required Qualifications ✅
- At least 6 months of experience interacting with customers, or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, military service, or education
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, both speaking and listening
Desired Qualifications ⭐
- Over 6 months of experience interacting with people, across work, military, or education
- Strong customer service skills with experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems
- Ability to educate customers about technology, emphasizing mobile banking benefits
- Professional integrity and communication skills
- Team collaboration experience
- Cash handling skills
- Knowledge of policies, procedures, and regulations
- Ability to identify potential fraud/risky accounts and take preventive action
- Organized, independent, and capable of prioritizing in a fast-paced environment
- Judgment, proactive questioning, and adherence to policies
- Military experience related to personnel management, orders processing, wartime operations, HR, or recruiting
- Proven relationship-building skills with customers and colleagues

- Flexible work schedule, including most Saturdays
