Job Description
- 🤝 Deliver a unique customer experience aimed at enhancing financial wellbeing, fostering loyalty, and increasing share of wallet. Handle a variety of customer interactions and educate on available financial options.
- 💬 Identify banking opportunities through meaningful conversations and refer customers to branch staff as appropriate.
- 🏢 Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and promote PNC products tailored to their needs. Educate on managing transactions using technology and available resources.
- 🔧 Apply product and procedural knowledge to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- 📝 Adhere to policies and procedures, exercise sound judgment, and ensure daily branch operations are completed accurately and efficiently.

Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $39,520.00 - $57,200.00 💰
Salaries may vary based on location, skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible, with compensation linked to performance.
