Job Details

• Working Hours: 9 AM - 6 PM GMT +1
• Salary: $300 - $500 USD per month 💰

Key Responsibilities

• 📞 Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and discuss our products/services.
• 🗣️ Educate potential customers on the benefits and features of our offerings in French.
• 🤝 Build rapport with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• 🛎️ Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• 📊 Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in our CRM system.
• 🎯 Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
• 🤗 Collaborate with team members and foster a positive working environment.
• 🔍 Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitors.

Qualifications

• 🗣️ Fluent in French (spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
